The RecycleMania Fair will encompass all environmentally focused student sustainability organizations who are a part of the Inter-Sustainability Council. The goal of this fair is to bring resources and awareness to the student body about the environmental organizations on campus in order to foster a positive climate for environmental progress and better educate the student body about the environmental resources provided to them on campus. This particular effort is centered around recycling and the annual RecycleMania competition that takes place across the nation between competing universities in the United States and Canada. Therefore, the theme of the fair will be recycling and we are asking all the participating orgs to encompass recycling, reuse or reduction into their tabling activities. This is also an effort on ISC's part, per our mission statement, to directly engage the student sustainability orgs and have them work together and collaborate on projects and events in order to promote sustainability on campus.

Attendance discrepancy: Room confirmation states 20 + 60 = 80. Please update the room confirmation, otherwise we will fund at the capacities for 80 people. Invoice for the tables and chairs is from 7 months ago, we will need a recent invoice. Further, totals don't match the cost and quantity stated in the description.

No additional documents have been posted. We will fund at 80 people and the minimum requested. Recent invoice not uploaded therefore we will not be able to fund the tables nor the chairs.
